Ok before i jump to any specific program might i suggest that you decide which dress you have to wear for prom (LOL) – guys too !!!.
Weight loss is a very debatable topic. The program which i have mentioned below might not work the same way for you as it does for me and it might work better on someone else. The way each body responds to an exercise routine is different and some might lose weight after a week itself. So here we go with the program :
1) Remember we are trying to lose weight and not gain any muscle. We are preparing for the lean body. First hing you do is create a mind to muscle link that you are losing weight. This positive thinking helps a lot with exercises and also helps you to reduce weight.

2) We have 14 days but we will consider it as 2X7 days. The exercise pattern which you will do will be repeated after 7 days.
3) The first day you will do cardio without much break. Remember this for full 14 days that you will exercise for 20-30 minutes without much break. So your body will push forward and burn more fat in that little duration. So in this cardio you will try and lose weight on a treadmill.
4) 2nd day is working out your whole torso. Start with pushups, crunches and little bicep-tricep extensions and then workout more on abs region. I say abs because you lose much weight when you work on bigger areas of your body.
3) 3rd day work on thighs and legs. Do calf press, squats and lunges. Do 2 sets of each exercise without long break.
4) 4th day you should go for cycling and swimming with outdoor jogging. This will get rid of boredom and set you straight for next 3 days.

5) For the next 3 days you will perform different exercises for upper and lower body and here is some important notice : more weight helps in gaining mass and less weight helps in toning them. So make sure that you are doing more exercise with less weight and not vice-versa.
Repeat this same routine for other week also and then checkup your weight on a machine. You will be amazed to see the difference. But it does not stop on exercise. For these 2 weeks you have to change your eating habits too. If gym is unavailable then you can perform weight loss exercises at home
Try and go for more boiled and steamy food rather than oily and fried food. First is you will not consume any fat and you will burn fat with exercise. Next thing is to take care of your liquid diets. Consume more shakes and soup like cabbage soup and whey protein shake. Try and skip a main course meal when you go for jogging and swimming because you won’t be needing that much of energy. All this combined will help you lose substantial amount of weight.
